• client support: rama fwd [...args]
• server support rama fwd serve [...args]

Would only support http based protocols for now (http, https, ws, wss, ...), to be figured out though exactly how to expose.
Also need to figure out details.

This is not to be worked on by anyone. However do feel free to give feedback.
Other question if this should even be its own command or if we should just have a single powerful
tunnel command set, which supports

• port forwarding
• 'stunnel' (Support stunnel-like use cases in rama-cli #629)
• and other tunnel features...

To be pondered.
