Add TOC for selected pages to sidebar or current page. The text selection box for pages to load got removed, so the plugin functions as a real simple sidebar toc.

I use it within an affix so the TOC can follow me while page scrolling

Surely one can fix the list-style to take less space and remove the JS that made use of the text selection box.
