Bug description
Whenever I reboot, I have to reset my color profile. I do this through the "Color" dialog. My monitor is too bright, and I go in and change it to the D55 to tone down the whites. I have to do this after every reboot, because while it keeps the setting in the dialog, it doesn't actually apply it to the screen.
Steps to reproduce
- Set a color profile on a monitor.
- Reboot.
- Go into Color dialog, expand the monitor, and select the same color dialog that is already selected. See the change in color when selecting what is already selected.
Expected behavior
Color should automatically be applied to each monitor after a reboot.
Additional information
I have two different monitors, and only set the profile on one of them. It is the primary monitor, connected through HDMI, but it's slower to respond, so the secondary monitor is where the login screen is shown. In other words, the problem screen gets uninitialized second. It's unlikely, but possible that the failure to set the color profile is related to the monitor initializing late.
