Describe the bug

The "Encrypt assertions" toggle opens a dialog box with text about "Client signature required". Appears to accurately set the encryption. Just the UI needs to be updated.

Expected behavior

Dialog should describe encryption settings

Actual behavior

Dialog describes client signature settings instead

How to Reproduce?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to a SAML client configuration
2. Go to the "Encryption keys config" section
3. Click the "Encrypt assertions" toggle
4. Observe the dialog that appears shows "Client signature required" text
