What went wrong?

The picture defined in foreground action is empty when loading a different "setting from file".
Switching settings is more complicated, because you have to readdress the picture defined in foreground action everytime you switch settings.

What should be the expected behavior?

The picture defined should be reloaded when setting is reloaded.
Switching settings should load all used external pictures defines in actions.

If you can, specify the steps to reproduce the problem.

Create two settings with scale, foreground and align and offset actions.
Save both settings with different names. Load the currently not loaded setting from file and see that it won't show the foreground element showing up in Preview (update automatically ticked).
