Exact steps to reproduce the issue

• open file from nnn (e.g. sample.csv)
• application will open with the file and have the focus
• when closing the external application or refocusing nnn the files are dissapeard, only the statusbar on the bottom is visible
• (blindly) moving to the parent directory brings everything back
