Steps to Reproduce

• IINA Settings
• Key Bindings
• Duplicate "IINA Default" and name it "Custom"
• Change the first binding "Video panel" to <Ctrl+Shift+3> (it will interpret it as "Ctrl+#"
• Click on another item such as "IINA Default", then click "Custom" again to view it

Expected Behavior

"Video panel" should still show as "^#".

Actual Behavior

"Video panel" is completely gone from the binding list.
