What area of the game
After new game, any time you can spawn 2d particles (by defeating an enemy or breaking an object for example) while being near the particles.
What happens
If a 2d particle renders where it would overlap the player or an enemy, it renders strangely chopped up horizontally with parts flipped vertically, not really sure how to explain it but these screenshots should make it clear.
(These screenshots are at 1440p and with some settings changed but I have tested and it still happens with all settings set to default)
What should happen
The particles should render fine and properly stitched together when around a character.
