Fixes #9035
But the game have performance issue, may be need blocking-mode to be implemented.

Meanwhile, the Online multiplayer seems to bumped into a few unimplemented syscalls (seems to be sceNetUpnp library)

I wonder if we should automatically disable this when Np login happens or something, so that you can leave server enabled and still play it. Either way, a good first step.
