NamedColor enhancements

1. Change the colorchart.py example to add tabs that sort and/or filter the colors down by hue, by HTML-only, by brightness, etc.
2. Cite where the list of 550 colors came from.
3. Compare this to the list of colors in ReportLab, and see if any/all of those should be added in.
