Gizmo Technical Chat on Zulip? #84

Found a Gizmo Quick Start Guide in the BEST file repository. It's quite outdated, but has support links (forums no longer works) with Zulip being one of them. After trying to log in via GitHub, I get a page that says one has to be invited but I can still try and log in (yeah, I went around in circles a few times :-) Anyway, is Zulip used? Or is this forum the place to get technical support? |

Zulip is used for specific organizations that have a standing support arrangement to receive real-time support for certain Gizmo platform related components. If you are affiliated with an organization and are their nominated individual who should be in contact with the Gizmo team, have your organizational leaders request you be added to Zulip. Otherwise, this forum is the best place to seek advice. |

Ah, ok. Thanks for the info. I find it odd, though, that it is shown on the Gizmo Quick Start Guide in the BEST File Repository as it makes it assume it's a resource for students and coaches. Maybe that can be fixed. |

This team has no direct control over those resources, so you'll need to reach out to one of the various BEST committees to determine who owns that documentation. I would suggest that you start with the Kit Committee as that's the group we interact with most. |
