Fork, Commit, Merge - Easy Issue (GraphQL)

Create a basic GraphQL server that returns a message "Hello, GraphQL!".

Note: You don't have ask permission to start solving the issue or get assigned, since these issues are supposed to be always open for new contributors. The actions-user bot will reset the file back to previous state for the next contributor after your commit is merged. So you can just simply start working with the issue right away!

How to get started

Navigate to the correct directory:

cd tasks/graphql/easy

Install all the necessary dependencies, Apollo, Express, GraphQL:

npm i

Then open the server.js file and start implementing your solution!

Description

Create a basic GraphQL server using Apollo Server and Express that returns a message: "Hello, GraphQL!" when queried.
Update the resolvers object in the server.js file to handle the hello query. When the query is executed, it should return the string "Hello, GraphQL!".

How to run

Make sure you are in the correct directory:

cd tasks/graphql/easy

Run the server:

node server.js

Visit http://localhost:4000/graphql in your browser. This will open the GraphQL Playground, an interactive environment to test GraphQL queries.

Inside the GraphQL Playground, try running the following query:

query {
  hello
}

You should receive a response with the message "Hello, GraphQL!" similarly as in the screenshot.

graphql-easy

If the query functions as expected, you are ready to make a pull request!
