Community Contribution License Agreement

By creating this pull request, I grant the project maintainers an unlimited,
perpetual license to use, modify, and redistribute these contributions under any terms they
choose, including both the AGPLv3 and the Fossorial Commercial license terms. I
represent that I have the right to grant this license for all contributed content.

Description

This adds support for connecting to multiple different accounts, between both Pangolin Cloud and self-hosted accounts. Only one account/organization can be active at a time, which is fine for these purposes.

How to test?

At the moment, testing is a bit finicky, which is why this is still in draft mode.

Things left to test:

• Test that switching accounts automatically selects some available organization
• Logging out of all accounts should hide the whole account menu/connection status
• Switching between accounts must cause a tunnel shutdown and not leave behind any error/polling logs
