If the Bitbucket TLS certificate isn’t added to Che, you can’t add a Bitbucket Server personal access token, and it’s unclear why it fails.

When a user tries to add a Bitbucket Server personal access token but the Bitbucket TLS certificate has not been imported into Che, the User Dashboard should display a clear error message (e.g., ‘The Bitbucket TLS certificate must be added before you can add a personal access token.’). This makes the reason for the failure explicit and guides the user toward the required action.
