1.Added Mode 11 TMP117 temperature sensor.
2.Fixed the issue that some DS18B20 cannot be recognized.

1.Add work mode 10 of PWM input capture and output mode.

Update SN50v3-LB v1.1

1.Compatible with the newer version of the ASR6601 chip.
2.Change the 5V pin from open-drain mode to push-pull mode, in order to be compatible with hardware versions after LSN50 v3.3.
