According to the Bolivian Constitution Sucre is the legal capital of the country. La Paz is where the executive and legislative branches are located. La Paz is never mention in the constitution as a second capital. It's a general misconception due to the fact that two branches of government and all embassies from other countries are located in La Paz. I am actually a Bolivian American dual citizen, and when I red the excellent work of your API collection and stepped into the world countries and capitals noticed this issue, which by the way is common in many sources, but if fact are misleading the fact that a Sucre is the Capital.
