Would like to see if it's possible to implement the Agent Name Service (ANS) as a plugin into CoreDNS. White paper https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-narajala-ans-00.html.

Why is this needed:
Would like to use it to build a larger managed ANS (or ANSaaS like) product.
