Tried with firefox under the standard Display Screen Resolution of Win10

issue 1:
When firefox with bookmark bar shown, it able to snapshot, but unable to see any cursor or any typing.

issue 2:
When firefox with bookmark bar turned off, it able to point cursor, typing, but go into infinite wait time half way.
