How to include `owner` in the path of `composer/installers`? #12479

            "packages/{$name}": [
                "type:laravel-library"
            ]
        },

I have the above and it ran composer require mine/repo
It installs my package to packages/repo
How do I make it install to packages/mine/repo?

What you're looking for is {$vendor} not owner :) See https://github.com/composer/installers?tab=readme-ov-file#custom-install-paths
