Right, sorry but Composer will not install PHP.. PHP is a prerequisite to run Composer and as such it makes more sense to have you install it in whichever way you prefer. |

I require PHP version for my project to be explicit 8.4.5 (https://github.com/lorypelli/TestPHP). It would be cool then to have composer automatically install that version of PHP for our platform if not satisfied (that would make things really easy to develop from another platform)
