Error Message and Logs

After opening the quick search modal with the keyboard shortcut, and then cancelling it with escape, I can no longer scroll the page.

This issue is not present when

1. Opening the modal via the button in the sidebar and then using escape to close
2. Closing the modal using the X-button in the top right
3. Closing the modal by clicking outside the modal

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to page that is long enough to enable scrolling
2. Use keyboard to open quick search (Any of: ctrl+k, ctrl+/, cmd+k, cmd+/)
3. Press escape to close modal
4. Try to scroll page, and see that it does not work
5. Refresh page, scrolling works again
