Once the package has been created it should be cached to /var/cache/pacman/pkg. This allows to reinstall pkgs more easily if they have been built before.

CCR should also check if the version in the cache is the same as the version on the web and just reinstall the cached package if it is. CCR would also need an option to force a rebuild, in case of .so bumps in deps of any of the cached pkgs.
