Actions before raising this issue

• I searched the existing issues and did not find anything similar.
• I read/searched the docs

Steps to Reproduce

1. Be in Standard mode;
2. Switch to Review mode;
3. Click "Open an issue" button;
4. Switch back to Standard mode;
5. Click anywhere on the image;

Expected Behavior

After switching back to Standard mode, clicking anywhere on the image should not result in trying to open an issue.
