Preserving the order of the label attributes in the object item details #9866

Steps to Reproduce
Modyfing the attributes of a label, either through the UI or in raw though json results in the attribute order to be modified both in the label handling window but also in
when doing the tagging.
Expected Behavior
Since the attribute id is not modified, the order the attributes are displayed should be the same

Context
This creates a potential source for annotation mistakes.
There was a similar issue in the past which resulted in a PR merge
Environment
I have faced the issue when using
Server version: 2.30.0
UI version: 2.30.0
but also when trying it on the online vesrion (app.cvat.ai)
Server version: 2.45.0
UI version: 2.45.0
