We want to integrate collectdWin to MQTT. AMQP is not appropriate, and reading StdOut maybe viable option. Though currently the config shows log file; now sure if there is a way to pipe the output to an output stream.

We are using Windows on edge location and want to connect it to the Cloud via a shitty internet connection. MQTT would be the right choice. If you have documentation on how to write a plugin, then perhaps I can explore creating my own also. Not sure how active this project is now as I dont see any PRs.
