why the "WindowsPerformanceCounter.config" reading every 10 sec? #32

Hi.

i am checked the "CollectdWin_debug.log"
The following information was in the "CollectdWin_debug.log".

i can't understand the "WindowsPerformanceCounter.config" reading every 10 sec.
i've setting this.
