• MPS simulator: Directly use Jacobi SVD if the matrices size are under the threshold, increased the threshold for BDC SVD to 24 from the default 16, this might improve accuracy a bit.

• Since the project is switched to Eigen 5.0, I retried BDC SVD. It looks like the old issues with it that manifested in both the TEBD project and this one are fixed, so I switched to BDC SVD.
