Encoding set to Custom in LibertinusSerif-Regular #577

Hi @alerque (maybe also @khaledhosny @waldyrious?),

while editing Serif-Regular, I noticed something that looks quite odd: The encoding for Serif-Regular is set to Custom, while all other font variants maintain UnicodeFull:

https://github.com/alerque/libertinus/blob/a6487570b8fdcfa69557744f5e5c5d044de0a9db/sources/LibertinusSerif-Regular.sfd#L157

That causes a bit of an issue because when set to Custom, it looks like one can't insert new glyphs at their Unicode position in some editors like FontForge.

Would you know whether the Custom encoding is set intentionally, or whether this is a mistake?

Thank you very much for looking into it!
Felix
