When trying to install the Firebase extension, and clicking on "Create Secret" for the Algolia API Key, I get error "There was an error granting Firebase Service Agent access to your secret".

I have already confirmed the following:

• My Firebase account has "editor" role which means I should be able to manage service accounts
• Secrets Manager API is enabled in Google Cloud
• The Firebase service account has "Secret Manager Secret Accessor" permission

Is there some sort of permission missing? Is there some reference to what specific permissions are required for installing the Firebase extension?
