Hello! Big fan of your linter, it's much faster and easier to install than the alternatives.

I was wondering, would you be willing to either add an option to specify a path to a config file, or add native support for a config file at .config/mado.toml? I'm standardizing on storing all the tool configurations I can inside of the .config directory, and I know there others are too, see here: https://github.com/pi0/config-dir
