• get the editor.js with appropriate plugins set up on a page.
• decide from the experience whether to make a "custom -element" for this
• figure out how to make an api where anyone with global+admin, member+approve or competition admin can use to send e-mails (? in /user)
• see how to send an e-mail from the json data from editor.js
• send some test e-mails
