Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve explored how to reduce notification noise in Discussions and how to handle automations and bots that can trigger new threads. Together, these practices lay the groundwork for a healthier, more focused community space.
Now we’re excited to share the last content in this series: Moderation and Engagement Best Practices.
A well-moderated Discussions space not only helps keep conversations on track, but also makes the environment more welcoming and effective for everyone who participates. When replying:
→ Best practices for community conversations

With these three pillars - managing notifications, handling automations, and fostering healthy moderation & engagement - we hope you feel more confident in shaping Discussions spaces that truly work for your communities.
