Describe the issue you're reporting

We're collecting metrics from ONTAP using Harvest and sending them to GCP using GCP exporter in Open Telemetry. However, for a few of the regions, the data keeps dropping.

I have checked and we're not hitting the quota in any way. Can you help what could be the issue here?
