added remote pruning to sync

version 0.1.0 - dashman [ install | reinstall | update | sync ]

created new top-level script 'dashman'

takes command arguments:

    install
        - install latest dash executables (fresh install)
    reinstall
        - reinstall latest dash executables (overwrite existing)
    update
        - update to latest dash executables (update existing)
    sync
        - sync with github (git fetch/reset)

added changelog and args: -h --help -v --version --reinstall

reinstall will overwrite downloaded files, checksum, unpack, and restart dashd
updated sync_dashman_to_github.sh to pull and sync tags

added github version to sync-required message

added version banner - changed versioning to major.minor.mini
