F2pool say they can not send payment to some people with direct transfer, my wallet works fine as I receive and send grin just fine from grinpool, mwgrinpool etc...
from their side they say error is this:

On my wallet at that same time I see under wallet listen terminal:
20190123 10:18:43.488 ERROR grin_wallet::controller - Request Error: Error { inner: Generic error: Failed to read request }

I am using ubuntu 16.04 Grin 1.0.0 build with rustc 1.31.1

Many ppl are not receiving direct payment due this problem, and f2pool is asking ppl to use exchanges for transfers :(
