Every time I open VS Code today, I get this prompt:

Firstly, I'm not sure why - because if I click cancel, Copilot chat works fine (and shows my quota, etc.). But if I do click Allow (because obviously I'd prefer not to get this prompt on every startup), I get this:

I don't see any justification for requiring this level of access. I prefer to keep my access to the minimum that is required, and it is most certainly not required that VS Code and/or Copilot has this level of access.
