SCO Popout Issues

All of these issues can be found on the main page

• Issue 1: When the SCO popout is clicked on, the video control buttons are on a higher visibility layer and can be seen.
  

• Issue 2: Clicking on the SCO popout for the first time results in a very slow expansion as the images load, regardless of whether the video is playing or not. This also freezes the rest of the page temporarily.

• Issue 3: Collapsing the SCO popout results in a transition effect that immediately hides all articles but includes an enlarged expansion arrow.
  

• Issue 4: Closing the SCO popout while having the Quicklinks menu open closes both menus.
