If I've muted someone, that means I never want to hear from them again. If I've blocked someone, it means I want to pretend they never existed in the first place.

Why on earth would I want to see someone's quoot of something they posted, with the option to show it? I blocked/muted them for a reason!

Do not show quote toots from people I've muted, and CERTAINLY not those I've blocked. Failing that, give me settings to enable those.
