In about 350 molecules, there is S with 3 single bonds, hydrogen and a positive charge
C=C[C@H]1SC=CC[S@@h+]1[O-]
This is a valence error; such an S should not contain any hydrogen.
The correct SMILES should be
C=C[C@H]1SC=CC[S@@+]1[O-]
