Theos-compatible Darwin tools for Linux (cctools + ld + ldid).

This toolchain is relatively minimal; it does not include clang/swiftc.

In order to prepare this toolchain yourself, run the following command after (recursively) cloning this repo

./prepare-toolchain

You can obtain a pre-prepared copy from the releases section of this repository.
