This is a security release on top of v2.27.0.vfs.0.0. The security issues are only for the Windows platform.

Issue #278 made us realize that we were packaging an old version of the git-for-windows/build-extra dependencies. Notably, this includes the following package upgrades:

• libcurl 7.64.1-1 to 7.70.0-1
• msys2-runtime 2.11.2-1 to 3.1.5-1
• openssh 8.0p1-1 to 8.3p1-1
• openssl 1.1.1.b-1 to 1.1.1.g-2
• perl 5.26.2-1 to 5.30.2-2

Includes Git for Windows v2.27.0.
