Analysis of PR #19195 at 7544d495: Test ../../tests/http/test_19_shutdown.py::TestShutdown::test_19_02_check_shutdown[h2] failed, which has NOT been flaky recently, so there could be a real issue in this PR. In lib/cw-out.c:cw_out_do_write(), one error path does not properly set the
erroredand cleanup the buf.This PR unifies its error handling path as other places.
