Show these flags:

  • LLVM-CLANG for mainline llvm/clang.
  • APPLE-CLANG for Apple clang.
  • CLANG-CL for clang-cl. (cmake only)

Also:

  • GHA/linux: fix a job to build with clang, to match its descriptions.
