SCAM ALERT – DO NOT SIGN UP! Blackmailing me to remove my review to get my money back for their fraud stuff! Be aware and stay away from this company guys. These guys only want money and nothing else matters to them. Horrible horrible horrible experience.
This company is a complete fraud. I was wrongfully charged $150 despite deactivating my account. They even provided evidence of the deactivation but continued to stall, claiming their “finance team” would respond. It has been two weeks, and I am still awaiting a resolution.
They have my money and are blatantly ignoring my fraud complaint. Their so-called support team keeps giving me the runaround, proving they have zero accountability. This is beyond frustrating – it’s outright theft.
Save yourself the hassle, and DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! They got their phillipino service team to call me and then he disappeared again. This is a fraud company and they blackmailed me to remove my ratings to get a refund.
