I like the design of the app. However, the support is really poor.
I have been a pro client of this app for 5 years. The app was working in the first 4 years. Then, out of blue, the store locator collapsed.
i recently reported the issue to the tech support. the support restored the locator page, but skewed the header of my site while the locator is not showing the relevent stores after entering zip code, and the locator is exceedingly slow-the turning circle on the map keeps turning non stop and refused to show the relevent result.
when i reached out to them, they replied without addressing the issue of skewing the header of my site, and in terms of the locator, they said "you added this section to the Store locator page, it caused a conflict with our app".
First, this section had been working on my locator page and the locator was working fine for at least 3 years.
Second, after removing this section that has been the locator is still not working.
the header of my site is still compressed and visitors can see only half of the logo and can't log in.
The attitude of their tech support is to blame users instead of solving problems.
An app is only valuable if it works.
I give this app a 1 star because i do think its design and intended function is promising. the missing stars are for the sudden stop of working of the app, the poor tech support, and the still dysfunction of the app on my site.

Just now, a developer for your store contacted us to ask for support regarding the layout issue on Copy theme. We have supported and resolved the issue for him.
So we know that besides you, there is someone else who can interfere with the store. And the activation of the promotion bar and the creation of the Find a Store form may have been activated and created by the developer team, which causes conflicts with the interface of the page and the store locator application.
We are very sorry for the slight delay in support, but I have also explained to you that it is due to the time zone difference. When you contacted support, it was 11pm on our side. So we cannot support the problem with a high level of complexity right away.
I have tried to email you many times to explain everything and do not mean to blame you. We hope you have a generous view and forgive us.
