I’ve been using Judge.me on my Shopify store and it’s been such a great addition. The setup was quick and straightforward, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. I love how easy it is to collect and display reviews, it really helps build trust with customers. The free plan is generous, and the customization options make it feel like part of my brand. Highly recommend this app to any merchant looking to add product reviews seamlessly to their store!
Very easy to use and reliable app. The basic functions of the free version are enough if you don't want to pay for premium but the premium has so many other functions that you would want for your website, like referrals and so on, that will make sense to pay for premium rather that getting other apps and ending up paying for them instead.
I was needing to customise my review carousel and the emails. as well as do the rerouting of the domain.
All out of my comfort zone, but Felix and Brian were amazing. they not only helped me, went in and fixed stuff, but made suggestions to make it better.
I'm still going to be fixing things for a few days, but good to know that there are not just bots, but people who acutally like their job and are very good at it willing to go above to help tech challenged people like me.
