Therese brings over a decade of fundraising experience, with a focus on individual giving, major gifts, and philanthropic strategy. She is passionate about creating strong relationships with donors and supporting our service members and their families.

Currently serving as a Senior Philanthropy Officer, Megan brings a wealth of extensive experience and expertise to support and uplift the brave men and women in the armed forces and their families.

  Mary-Elizabeth joined the USO’s development team in 2015 after being a volunteer for USO Metropolitan Baltimore-Washington for 6 years. Her desire to support America’s military stems from her passion to serve others and learning from the example of her extended family and many peers who answered the call to serve our nation.

  Christine Murphy is the Senior Director of Philanthropy for the North region. Her appreciation for military members, veterans and their families stem from the many family members and close friends who have served or are serving.

  Trey joined the USO team in 2025 as a Philanthropy Officer in the West region. He began his career working for the Boy Scouts of America in Lubbock, Texas and then shifted to higher education at the Tarrant County College Foundation. For his entire life, Trey has worked to serve his community both through his employment and volunteerism.

With a personal connection to the military as the daughter of a veteran, Brianna is deeply committed to supporting service members and their families.
