The 4th French Gate4SPICE took place on thursday 9th of October at UL International premises in St Aubin. About 20 participants from France and Belgium joined the event and the heated discussions around the newly released POA ("Potential Analysis") and its usefulness and controversial return on experience after 18 months of Automotive SPICE 4.0. Thanks to Sébastien Gebus, François-Xavier de LAUNET and Patrick Lailler, our speakers and workshop moderators for their contributions and of course all participants. Looking forward for our next event in Q1 2025.

We are pleased to announce the release of Data Management SPICE PAM 2.0! Data Management SPICE is the Process Assessment Model (PAM), that offers a structured approach for evaluating data management practices across organizational units. This model empowers organizations to systematically assess and enhance their data management capabilities leading to improved data quality, security, compliance, operational efficiency, and governance. The intacs®DataManagementSPICE Working Group (WG) has revamped the core data management processes, streamlining base practices and outcomes for greater efficiency. On August 1, 2025, China’s State Administration for Market Regulation and National Standardization Administration issued GB 26572-2025 - Requirements for the Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Products. This document specifies the limit requirements and labeling requirements of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products. This document is applicable to electrical and electronic products produced, sold and imported within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
