Last night, we welcomed young creatives from across the UK to our London office for Open Doors Day — a powerful celebration of youth spaces, creativity, and community. The day was part of our partnership with Youth Music and the launch of the Open Doors Fund, supporting 15 grassroots organisations giving young people the space to explore, connect, and grow. From hands-on workshops to live performances and inspiring conversations with artists like Kojey Radical, it was a reminder of how meaningful it is to open our doors, and our platform to emerging talent - because the artists of tomorrow need a place to begin.
