Instead, the host insisted on making a direct payment into a private account, a practice that clearly contradicts the secure transaction process established by Zoomcar. This not only raises significant security concerns but also violates the trust I place in your platform for secure and reliable transactions.
To compound matters, attempting to address the issue further revealed that changing the car was not a viable option. Moreover, the alternative offered was a sedan in place of the originally booked SUV. This not only undermines the trustworthiness of your service but also fails to meet the expectations set forth in my initial reservation.
To my surprise, the booking was marked as completed without the car being handed over, leaving me in an unprecedented and unacceptable situation.
I am urgently requesting the following actions:

- Immediate steps to enhance the security and integrity of transactions on the Zoomcar platform.
